Soul Salsa with Nikki and Iván, love to share their passion and knowledge of Cuban dance, music, drumming & culture in a fun, informative and accessible way. Nikki is a professionally trained Salsa dancer and musician and has lived, worked, trained and performed in Cuba with leading dance and music groups regularly since 1999 as well as in the UK. Iván from Cuba loves to share his passion of all things Cuban and they take pride in supporting their student’s development, giving you the attention you deserve with Cuban Sabor!
Soul Salsa also provides classes in Rumba & Afro-Cuban drumming/ Conga Technique & Salsa music as well as sessions for dancers focusing on developing rhythm, timing, connection and interpretation of the music.

Extensive training and performing in Cuban dance & music, performing in videos with leading Cuban bands : Alexander Abreu- Habana de Primera, Maykel Blanco, Danza Libre (Folkloric dance company -Cuba) semi-finalist UKA Dance Championships, performing at international Salsa congresses and for Television as well as extensive training internationally with leading dancers & musicians- including Raices Profundos- Cuba, Conjunto Folklorico Nacional- Cuba, Clave y Guaguanco- Cuba, Danza Libre- Cuba, Maykel Fonts, Alberto Valdez, Yanet Fuentes, Damarys Fuentes, Yeni Molinet, Chaugito Sanitago Garcon Rill. Drumming accompaniament for afro-cuban dance and rumba workshops.
